- By purchasing any service from HighDigiTech.com, you agree to our refund policy.
- Our services involve time, effort, and planning; hence, refunds are only issued under specific conditions.
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@highdigitech.com within the defined refund eligibility period (see below).
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
A. Before Project Commencement
If you cancel your project before work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be granted after deducting any administrative or consultation charges.
B. Delayed Project Start
If the project has not started within 7 business days of payment due to internal reasons from our end, you may be eligible for a 100% refund.
C. Non-Delivery of Services
If the service was paid for but not delivered within the agreed timeline, and no valid reason was provided, a partial or full refund may be processed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If work has already started on the project or significant resources have been allocated.
- When services such as domain registration, hosting, ad spend (e.g. Google/Facebook ads), or third-party tool costs are involved.
- If delays are caused due to incomplete information, lack of communication, or required feedback from the client.
- For completed tasks, partial milestones, or services rendered over a period.
- If the client changes their mind after approving strategy, design, or content deliverables.
4. SEO and Digital Marketing Services
- SEO and digital marketing are long-term processes and results may vary based on market dynamics and competition.
- Since we use ethical, white-hat practices, we cannot guarantee immediate results, and refunds are not applicable once work has started.
- No refund will be given for month-to-month marketing subscriptions after the current cycle has started.
5. Payment Disputes
- In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably.
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of this policy and may lead to legal action.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Monthly subscriptions or retainer services can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Any unused portion of prepaid service will not be refunded, unless specified otherwise in a contract.
7. Policy Updates
- HighDigiTech reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
